I see your problem ! Its the tactical bolt release ! Ditch that crap !

In all seriousness, a lot of them have different tolerances or well sizing because they are vz/cz applicable... Two different rifles... "fits" both ie is crap in both. There was a large and very informative thread on this a while back... Change how the gun looks by the stock, for end or muzzle breaks but don't mess with the internals. They are made to run forever. Until you put aftermarket tacticool crap in them.
The part is fine, it just doesn't work very well... Sorry about the wasted money.
