When I call in for a replacement, are they going to ask me barrel length and all that jazz? Or do I just say I need a new one, please send it?
 
just tell them and they'll send out a new one- the stuff is ALREADY on file- i was going through my slips a few months back and found i was short one for my tok- turns out i NEVER got it- it was mailed out in the christmas rush and disappeared between the cfc office and my mailbox- but i DID have the TRANSIT SLIP- they probably will ask you the serial number, and make, but the rest is on file
 
Hell just ask them for replacements for all your certs while you're at it. Make sure there isn't a phantom gun registered to you :D

They will just ask for your personal info and make sure your address is current then they'll print then off and ship them out.
