Lost hunters saftey card

Hello, a little while back I lost my orange card along with my wallet . So I'm wondering is there anyway to get one of the new cards again without haveing to go through the whole course again?.

Is it too silly to suggest that you contact whatever agency or authority issues the "orange card"?

It would be a pretty poor system if they don't have a record of your having done the course (one could just make a fake card), and if they have a record of your having done the course, they can issue a card again without making you take the course again.
