lost my 590 a1 front sight

where is a good source for replacement front sights? any suggestions for a better one? or at least how to stop them from moving around or am i just missing something?
 
Have you got a bead or is it the heavy blade/ghost ring setup?

I had a 590A1 with the ghost ring and heavy duty front blade and there was no movement.
 
If it's the blade and it's loose in the dovetail you could try a few things to tighten it up.

A thin shim under the sight.
Some loctite if it's not that loose.
You could also try peening the metal a bit on the bottom of the blade with a punch.
 
its the blade ghost ring set up, and the blade is totally gone, i noticed it was gone near the end of the day it was in the bush and i tried to find it to no avail. anyone know a good source to pick one up?
 
Try contacting Mossberg directly.
They've sent me small parts (free) in the past that I was having trouble sourcing in Canada.
 
The dot on the Mepro sight looks like it might be nicer then the orange stripe on the original.
Your best bet is to just order one online from someone that ships from the US
Try Brownells or contact Meprolight and ask them who distributes in Canada.
