Lost turkey exam results

So last fall I got my turkey exam done with my hunter ed and took the results in to Service Ontario to get my new outdoors card and small game license. Lady said that since I wasn't turkey hunting until the spring it would be better if I just brought the results in when I actually came to buy a turkey tag.

Fast forward to now and my paper has been lost in the moving frenzy that has been this month.

Does anyone know if I NEED that paper or if they will have my results in the computer at Service Ontario? Would hate to have to do the test again this week in a rush before Friday morning.

Your instructor/examiner will have the copy he is required to keep, but he has nothing else to give you. Just tell them you lost Your copy. I know people who have done exactly that for their PAL and for their hunter ed results. The staff just pulled it up on the computer system and then processed them accordingly.
 
Took the course never bought a tag, next card renewal the T was there, so there is an automatic input. It will be on record at the service office just tell them to look that's what they're paid to do.
