Lot testing in Canada?

Korth in Alberta offers Eley testing
They don't respond to email requests for information, at least not as recently as a few months ago. It's possible that the Eley lot testing service isn't operating or is only part time.
In any event, when the service was readily available, only Tenex was available for testing and purchase. Other Eley varieties don't appear to have been offered.
There hasn't been any Lapua testing facility in Canada.
Except for the possibility of the Eley facility in Okotoks, the only way for Canadian shooters to lot test .22LR ammo is the "old fashioned" way.
