For the price I paid for this gun I can't complain one bit! Got this little guy today in the neighbors pasture. Big exit hole for a 22-250 haha, Hornady at its best.

good shooting!! what grain of lead u using? i reload 40gr V max and have never had an issure with exit holes... shots range from 50-400yrds.. gotta love the 22-250!! but i dont think 40's will shoot through your axis with a 1-12 twist ... but then again if pelts are not what your after when winter comes what your using now is perfact..

Nice job! I've been using a Savage Stevens 223 for years now but I'm looking to upgrade a bit. Had an exit wound like that last year from the 223 with 62 gr FMJ's. Guess it hit a rib or something, usually we salvage the pelts but that one wasn't worth it.
