they might even have the tools already with it being a commie weapon

Not an expert here but I'm going to guess prohib b/c
#1-> AK action / look-a-like etc...
#2-> Built in suppressor
Even if #2 isn't a real supressor then #1 still is an issue. Maybe one day we can have them :d

What does the law say about silenced firearms? Anything about they way it's built? We're not allowed to "attach" a silencer but if it's built in....... might be a loophole.

While I don't think anything can change the fact that the OP's suggestion is obviously an AK variant, you do bring up a good point.

What would the De Lisle Carbine (.45ACP built from a Lee Enfield) with it's integral suppressor be classified as in Canada? (I do not see it named specifically on the RCMP list.)

Since there were less than 150 of these made it's not likely that anyone will ever see one in Canada though.

Sorry... the wood stock is made in the same factory that use to make SVD stock... therefore it is a variant of an Chinese SVD by association...

Also, the can could have been manufactured by Zhongshun (Polarsun Motor)... and since that Chinese car company is not yet approved for sales in Canada... the RCMP have made this a prohibited item...
