Well guys, as you can probably tell from my username I am more of a levergun plinker and have never been much into scoped bolt guns.... I just bought an older B-mag in a Boyds stock off a fine CGNer and I am loving this 17wsm. I have been needing a more precise crittur dispatcher for around the farm, and let me say I am very impressed with the dispatching qualities of this rifle.
When I say precise, don't take that to mean anything in a conversation of bench rest MOA talk. I am not that kind of shooter, and I don't suspect this outfit would win any prizes... But when the crosshairs meet the crittur, this cartridge really performs.
