Low mag scope recommendation for Mini

I have a couple of Minis, and I'm looking to scope one. I have been looking at a few options:

• Millett DMS
• Nikon 1-4x20 Monarch Hunter and M223 (I actually prefer the German reticle on the Monarch Hunter, but I think they are the same otherwise)
• Leupold VX2 1-4x20
• Leupold Mark AR 1.5-4 x 20

Is there an obvious choice here? The DMS is the least expensive but they are all within about $100...Any others I should consider?
