Low Profile Gas Block?

So there are lots out there. Are the set screw type reliable or should I get the clamp on type?

I'm planning on mounting it under a mid length quad rail.

Screw types are very reliable as long as you use loctite on the screws and dimple the barrel with a drill so the screw has positive retention in the barrel

Yeah, running a screw type on a barr without any flat spot or dimple does not work very well
