Low recoil 00 Buck

So, call me a nancy, but after shooting for 6+ hours yesterday and finishing the match with 8 straight 00 buck magnum shots, I had a splitting headache even the best meds couldn't fix.

Anyone got a source for low recoil shells in my area?

the Lyman shot gun reloading book has lots of recipies
the only problem is finding the shot (not every one caries it)
and shot will not flow through reloader so you have to remove hull from press and load pellets by hand per lyman book

i used the lyman book and loaded up some slugs and went to the range and shot 25, plus 2 rounds at trap plus 25 or so 308 and shoulder was not bad

ps is your shot gun fitted right it might be too short and coming back at you

my 870 was so short when i fired factory slugs, my thumb would come back into my face

Get a R3 recoil pad and get Casey to do a vang comp job on the barrel.

I should probably clarify, I don't reload and I'm not looking to modify the gun, just want reduced recoil 00 buck loads from factory, if possible.
