Best low recoil slugs for a non-rifled gun? Trying to preserve whats left of my skeleton-like frame.

Bonus points for being available, double brucie bonus for being not super expensive and available in the GTA or cheap shipping.

Also, i'm guessing i should probably take the full choke out and switch over to the IM for better results?

Canada ammo had/has some. I picked up a few cases last year, both in slugs and buckshot. They are low recoil ball slug in a shot cup. Still has good penetration but less expansion than does a conical slug. Its by my guess 30% less recoil.

S&B aren't bad at all. My range restricts use of shot so it's pretty much slugs. The S&B sport stuff is about $20 for 25rds and recoil isn't outrageous.

I did a whole pile of reloading old 12G husks with 5/8" glass marbles. They have next to nothing for recoil but still penetrate pretty damn good. Get some 12 guage shells from the trap section at the range and load them by hand. No press or anything needed. Primers are decently cheap wads are really cheap and I used hodgedon tite wad powder.

How did you remove and set primers without a press?

Like Yomamma said! I have a 8 inch long center punch and a plastic mallet. Put over a 12mm deep socket and just a tap is all it takes!. The new ones will go in with a push of the thumb. A hard push but a push none the less.
Then once the shell is full I glue it all in with a bit of bullet wax. Stops the marble from falling out.

The Dominion "slugs" are round balls and I've heard some pretty atrocious reports on their accuracy. A round ball in a shotgun is like a musket in the olden days. I've heard as bad as buckshot patterns; around 1" per yard from the target. So at 25yds the round balls will group around 25". Round balls can be made to work with some tinkering when handloading them and they do work well in rifled barrels but a hollow-base foster slug is usually much more accurate. My Lee 1oz key-drive foster slugs can group 5-6" at 50yds with a bead sight pretty easily.

If someone was going to try to tweak the Dominion round-ball "slug" shells, I'd recommend shooting groups with every choke you have to see if it makes a difference. To get round-balls to shoot well can sometimes seem like witchcraft with some pretty random things that don't seem to make sense causing an improvement.

I generally stay away from the Chinese crap. I like the S&B, but am fortunate enough to have gotten a fair supply of Remington managed recoil slugs for about the same price as the S&B's, unfortunately the Remington's seem to have gone the way of the Dodo, so no more available (at least up here)
