I am was looking through budget shooter supply and noticed that these bullets were way cheaper than the normal 150gr Hornady ones I have been buying. I would just be using them for shooting paper, not hunting. Is it possible to load these into a 30-06 brass and still be accurate and safe?

These are the ones I am talking about with a great price

I know they say they are intended for 30-30 but .308 is .308 right?

Also I am very fortunate and my lee enfield can accurately fire .308 would these work in the endfield as well?

Says right there velocity max of 1700 fps.

You can always load with Trailboss powder to lower the velocity of your bullet and bring it down to around 1,200 FPS.
This would make for VERY cheap 30 06 reloads, as I think you'd be using about 15 gr of Trailboss with a 17 cent bullet and a primer at 5 cents. You might make it under 30 cents.
Accuracy? I have no idea.

If you can find Trailboss powder in Canada, you are very lucky sir.

Your top link has a copper jacket and I believe made for the M1 carbine but could be used in the 30-06 with reduced loads.

The bottom two links are Berry's plated bullets and must be kept to 1700 for the 170 gr and 1950 fps for the 110 gr and are good for plinking at the range with your 30-06.

Below I use jacketed .312 pistol bullets in my .303 British with reduced loads and fire forming the cases.

My Speer #9 manual has many reduced loads and the Lyman manual also that would be good for plated bullets.

Also I shot the 170 grain Hornady flat point 30-30 bullet in my 03-A3 30-06 at 2400 fps that had a worn bore for deer hunting. The thinner jacket and softer lead core let this bullet core conform to the worn bore and it shot very accurately. Meaning the 170 gr Berry's bullet would be my first choice for a reduced load practice.
