LRA bipods

I have the F Class LRA bi-pod in the carbon deal and it is very nice. I also have a Tactical bi-pod from Xtreme gun shooting center in Manitoba and it is awesome too and in some ways better then the LRA I find. Comes with a quick disconnect which is extra in the LRA and runs ya another 90 bucks plus. And the LRA legs only fold up towards the front and when you are required to shoot through an structure or small opening it makes it hard. The extreme gun one folds in both directions and also its more offset towards the front of the legs while attached to the rail...very solid indeed and another bonus apposed to the f class LRA is the fact the feet are threaded in and comes with 2 different set of feet. Being that way also gives a person the ability to have some made up...spikes...what ever you want. $495 bucks shipped taxes included to my door. Only knock I really have with it is that the pivot uses a common plastic bushing I think and the LRA uses a delrin one so when you are lose and leveling your rig it is a little more fluid in the motion. Worth a look if you ask me...just a thought

Do you have any pics of this bipod from Xtreme gun? Looks pretty good from what I see on the website.

totally suck at posting pics on here but if anyone wants to pm me and drop me a home email address I can snap a few pics for sure. They are well worth the money I feel...just ordered another one this morning :)

Problem with the LRA is they are not always around and the Xtreme deal has the better design on the folding legs and the ability to swap out the feet and has a longer forward position on the rail and oh...Quick disconnect is included in the price.... :) Better buy for me but just my point of view...anyone can spend theirs how they like. Anything that gets us out shooting and having fun is a good deal

Look at the star shooter bipod.
The best I have tried yet. It makes your rifle VERY stable.
And good people to deal with

Star shooter is great! I have one. I would also look at the seb joy pod. If you're shooting in the bush or hunting, then the LRA is the way to go. I haven't tried it myself, but it seems preferred over my atlas, and I love the atlas, I hated it though untill I got claw feet.

Sorry to reignite this topic but who can sell me the F-Class LRA bipod here in Canada? I have the standard LRA bipod, bought from PGW, but would like to try the F Class as well. And last time I checked PGW wasn't bringing in any of the F-Class LRA bipods.

I wanted the F-class originally but when I found out it was unavailable here, I settled on the regular one. I'm curious to see if anyone brings in the F-class one for 2016.
