LT-32 in .223

Has anyone tried LT-32 in .223 Rem. and in particular with 55 gr. bullets.

Not with those bullets but I have with 40's. It is just as good as 133, Benchmark, 322 in my mind.

Yes 55gr Campros. I did a .3gr increment ladder to book max. I was actually loading for an 11” barrel 5.56 thinking that fast powder would negate some of the short barrel issues. Nice thought the LabRadar does not agree with that theory. It’s clean and produced reasonable groups. H335 works really well with 52s and 55s in my experience.
