You have to get a Club membership then buy a gun. To register the gun, you have to be a member of a gun Club. You will not get a registration certificate and ATT from dealer to your house unless you have a Club membership. To obtain your ATT to the shooting Club, you must summit a copy of your membership along with the gun's certificate of registration number on the ATT form. To answer you question - no.

Leave it blank or mark down "to come" that what I did...in french you mark down "à venir" and its OK like that.

just got my ATT form from SQ for the norinco M213 i bought (my first restricted).
ill fill it and send it tomorrow.
i hope it doesnt take long. i really want to take it to the range!

I received the gun and both ATTs thursday ! Only two weeks after having bought the gun.
