Lubricating an o/u...

With a totaly open mind, I'm soliciting feedback on general lubrication tips for my o/u break action shotgun. Assume the shotgun is a break action with wood stock.

In regards to lubrcation do you prefer oil, grease or just clp? and;

which areas of the o/u shotgun do you specifcally lubricate?

Grease on the hinge/pivot point then wipe off with gun closed (grease when taken apart)

Oil everywhere else where needed

I use STOS grease on the hinge parts, and FP10 oil on the other moving parts of my O/U shotguns. I use G-96 Gun Treatment to prevent rust on all exposed surfaces.
