Lubrication and maintenance tips for a VZ-61?

Anyone want to chip in with thier lube choices/ regimen and any other maintenance tips for their vz.61?

Google turns up airsoft crap.

Put gun oil on metal and clean carbon off when you're done firing...

my cleaning procedure is as follows:

1. pull BCG
2. Bore solvent and boresnake the barrel a few times
3. Blast the inside of the upper with solvent
4. Wipe out with rag/cloth
5. Blast BCG and springs with solvent
6. Rag
7. Blast BCG and springs with lube, pat off excess
8. Blast inside of upper with lube
9. Wipe off excess.
10. Lube barrel

Do not run it without lube, mine doesnt want to feed dry at all, but when its nice and lubricated, 0 issues at all.

Thx all. I ended up going to range possibly over oiled . No problem. I was curious if grease was applied to upper charging notches to assist slide friction etc....decided against it. Fun little piece

That was the case with mine. Needed about 100 rounds before it was %100.

No semi auto, they are available in .22LR, 32 and 380.
