lucid hd7 red dot (help me pick a new optic for my 10/22

Anybody have one and care to comment.

Looking for a new optic for my 10-22 an I want somthing tough. I'm not 100% sold on a dot sight conventional scopes are good aswell please keep suggestions under $400

Considerations:
Tough
Low light usage
No more than 7x magnification
As compact as possible
Lightweight
