I have a Luger artillary (8" barrel) that has been reparkerized. The barrel is in good condition with sharp lands and grooves and shoots well. It comes with a matching numbered stock and is all matching except one small part and an original wooden bottom mag.Overall condition is execellent.
I am wondering what this is worth and would appreciate your help.
Thanks in advance.

The parkerizing renders it worthless asa collectible. It's a shooter now. $1000 MAX (probably much less), and that's mostly for parts value - sorry for the bad news.

Agreed. "Reparkerized"? It never was parkerized. Only restricted, so would be a good shooter for someone wanting a Luger, and who doesn't have 12(6). This is a really good example of how money can be spent on a gun, and the end result is worth far less than before the work was done.

Luger

If you found a 1957 Chev that was in real bad shape Rusty and did not run and you had it restored to make it look new is it worth anything.YES Its still a 1957 Chev. All depends who restored it.
If you took your luger to a proper gunsmith, and had it restored,it would not be worth the same amount of money as if it had not been messed up by someone not knowing. But its still a Arty Luger with some history, and a shooter and keeper in Canada as all the other high end Lugers 12.6collectables thanks to our stupid gun laws have to to destroyed one day or shipped to the USA to be saved. So get her fixed up and enjoy it and shoot it.

I bought the gun in it`s present condition. I know better then to mess with an original.
The finish is very nice and looks to have been done by a professional.

Nice, now all you need is a 32 round drum mag and you can blow away the competition at the next milsurp match.

Enjoy her hicaliber. They're fun to shoot. I have one as well. Mine isn't parked. Unfortunatly none of them were parked so as a collectable goes:(, but they're still fun to shoot. I value all my milsurps for there ability to shoot and not to hang on the wall;) You have a piece of history there my friend, and don't let it get you down. Did I mention they're fun to shoot.:D

Marstar has one for $2750. I recall seeing a reblued Artillery selling for $2000 here.
The shoulder board stock is worth some coin - eBay, eBay....

If Claven2's estimate of $1000 MAX is correct and acceptable, I would be happy to buy it from you. I've wanted a Luger since I had a Luger-shaped squirt-gun half-a-century ago. :D

If you want very much more than a thousand, unfortunately, I'm out of the game. Spent too much on other "toys" lately.

Thanks for the pm`s and the offers guys but I just wanted to know what it was worth.
If I do decide to sell it marks36hamon has first crack at it, he was in rhe store when I bought and put his name on it.

Ty call me IIRC it's NOT parked but matt blue also has waffenampts correct?may be a Nazi German rework and has the funny finish on it ..anyway call me
