HTTI custom ultra light and thin level IIIA+ shield tested to limit Click HERE for more info

First round: 2 shots each of 9x19mm FMJ 115gr and 124gr, No penetration

Second round: 1 shot of 12Ga. Bird Shot, No penetration

Third round: 2 shots of 5.56x45mm M193 55gr No penetration

Fourth round: 2 shots using X-TREME Rifled Slugs 12Ga. 1Oz (factory indication of muzzle velocity of 1500fps), No penetration

Fifth round: 5 shots in a row using a 5.56x45mm M193 55gr, piercing on the 5th hit (as can be seen in the video below), upon inspection it appears repeated impacts on the same spot caused the penetration.

plans to make shooter's cut plates to this spec?

Its possible we could visit that idea in the future, as it does have some great advantages over III+/IV plates. At the moment I believe we can custom make plates for you to this spec(IIIA+) and shooters cut, including any other request you have like multi-curve, custom laser engraving, etc. Please contact me at info@htti.ca with the information, and I will let you know price and deliver by date.
