Lyman bullet mold screws

Getting back into bullet casting after a 30 year break.

I have a Lyman mold and a set of Lyman handles, but no screws.

Can someone please tell me what size of machine screw I need in order to attach the mold to the handles.

I got a couple rebuild kits from KAL tool and die, mainly for the nice heavy sprue plates but they did come with attachment screws.

Thanks! I was just thinking about Lyman mold parts from Track of the Wolf or Buffalo Arms but this is way better!
Might have to try their handles for the Lyman 4 cavity molds too.

Could someone please measure the screws they have (single or double cavity mold handles) and tell me the size, thread, etc.

Call Lyman customer service. They do supply these screws for a reasonable price.

size 8 x 32 are the thread size for mine. shove a tooth pick or such in to check how long you need.

Thanks...got them, and they fit fine... $00.22 each at Home Depot....so about 50 cents for the pair after tax.

To order the two screws from "hollowpointmold" would have cost $10. plus $12. for shipping...so $22 (US)...That is $33. (Canadian)

...so $33. vs. 50 cents at Home Depot.

(If I wasn't cheap, I wouldn't be casting my own bullets.)
