Long story short, I ended up buying a Lyman e-zee hand primer. Turns out this thing is just hot garbage and doesn't fully seat primers. 6.5, 450 marlin or 9mm.
Anyone else experience this problem and come up with a fix, beyond waiting weeks for replacement/refund?
