I just ordered one of these for my Marlin 1894, I am now wondering if a front sight replacement is going to be required, my 1894 is not the one with the round barrel and barrel bands, it's the cowboy action shooting version with the tapered octagon barrel, I guess it's going to require a new taller front sight? Does anyone know?
