Lyman SKS sights?

Anyone tried the Lyman reciever mounted aperture sight for the sks? Can you still dissasemble the rifle with the sight mounted? It looks like it mounts pretty low to the reciever cover. Since we can't get tech sights anymore this seems like it might be a good alternative.

I am not familiar with a Lyman set up, but a Central goes on easily. The bridge part of the sight comes off with a twist of the lever, so rifle strips easily.

I researched the Lyman, if you click on the info on mounting it, they claim sometimes the front sight has to be cranked up all the way to get it zeroed, - no thanks.
