Lynx footage.

Gorgeous sinister looking furrs.
Suppose to bee a bunch r'ound'ear.
Lots of kitty prints up the hill in the snow.
Bigger'n a'ouse gatto and smaller'n a yote.
Time to wander back up there wid a keener eye bawls.

Had my first two sightings this spring in Northern BC. Each lynx was on the highway, looking fat and sassy. One sauntered across the highway
about 50 meters from where I was parked, gave me the eye and then ignored me. "They" are saying that the rabbit cycle is at it's peak and so
is the lynx population.

I dont doubt it. It seems there isn't a time when there isn't hares in the yard and have spotted two cats this year slinking around the yard. Other than those two and one I got to see for about 2 minutes I've only ever seen Lynx bums running off the road. Definitely one of the norths more beautiful creatures. Gotta love a fresh snowfall, lets you know who's been sneaking round the yard eyeing up the chickens. 22 mag or 223?
