Métis harvesters?
I've read a lot about the Métis harvester cards that the Manitoba Métis Federation has been issuing.
My question is: do the Métis themselves have any enforcement mechanism in place? Is it all on an honor system for them or do they get tags/seals the same as the rest of us? This came up in conversation and I didn't know and their website doesn't seem to offer much information. Does anyone know about enforcement to keep us ALL honest? -.375 junkie
