M-14 barrel twist

I did a search and nothing came up. What is the twist rate on a stock norinco M-14 barrel?
Also, can anyone confirm the amount of land and grooves in a stock norinco barrel? I thought I counted 8 lands, but my glasses weren't handy.

I have measured the twist in all 4 of mine, each was 1:12.
As best as I can tell, 4 grooves.
