M-16 cleaning kit

My good buddy has an M-16 cleaning kit in perfect condition, appears to be unused and complete. I can probably barter something with him reasonably for it but considering pretty high shipping costs on small parcels, is there any meat on the bone for an item like this?

I ship stuff from the US all the time, although its best to make an order with more small parts if you're going to pay 20 bucks for shipping. The cleaning kit is only worth 16 or 18 bucks last time I was down there.
