What would you guys and gals put on this plinker? I think I would rather use a red dot but just not sure. I an trying to keep it low budget. What would you use?

I started with a red dot on mine, but then switched it out for a 3x scope. I personally like a little magnification even for a plinker (1-4x, 3x, 4x, or 2-7x). The Bushnell 2-7x AR rimfire scope is a great option. I have one on my SR-22. They are currently selling for about $180 - $30 rebate and Cabellas has free shipping.
If you are dead set on a red dot, I think the Bushnell TRS-25 is an excellent value for around $100 or about $130 with an integral AR height riser.
