RH bladetech dremeled off the inside lip sticks out a little but works just fine.

I use the same ITAC holster for my M&P and Pro Series. Muzzle projects a bit. Does no harm, front sight does not snag.

I sound like a broken record on holsters, but here goes: Raven Concealment makes a holster for the M&P9L/Pro. You can use it pretty much any way you want (inside/outside/pancake etc) they also make it in left hand, open ended, semi closed end with skin shield or without and in black or FDE.

Comp-Tac also offers a specific M&P Pro holster... I have it and like it a lot.
