M&P Hogue Handall hybrid grips?

Does anybody know of and dealer who has these available? Few carry them and most are sold out. Looking for one to fit my M&P 40.

Yea I know you can get them there, however I dislike paying $30 dollars shipping for a $10 grip. Cabelas has them on backorder which I would rather wait for. Was wondering if anyone else carried them.

I picked one up for my M&P 9 from midwayusa....and i love it! Shipping was cheap, but I live minutes from the US border, and have a US mailbox.

ordered mine from ebay today actually. shipping is more than the grip itself. came to $17.35

Did you phone them or use the online calculator? I bought a set of grips last year from Hogue on a phone order and they didn't charge me anything for the shipping.
