I bought an MP9 10 weeks ago ... great gun. Unfortunately the 10 round mags are 40% plastic and break where the plastic meets the metal. I have three broken and three cracked after 1000 rounds. I shoot IPSC so they get dropped often ... but they should be more durable IMHO.
I understand you need a smith to do the work properly. Does anyone bring in the 17 round mags (all metal) and modify mags to 10 rounds? I'm willing to pay to have them modified, rather than buying a new half-plastic mag or two every month.
