Very close to them (actually, better) are warren tactical.
WT's have a nice U shape rather than the squared off rear.
I would think brownell's would be the place to start (and end) your search.
Just to add: I own both a Pro and JG edition M&P. The JG has the warren rear. I will try and get you a pic of the difference.

Here we are. One on left is the JG with Warren's, right is the stock Pro. Btw- you stated "night" sights in your OP, these are not night sights.

Yes they would. Be aware that the PRO and full size use a different height front sight so the point of aim using the tru-glows will be off.
Warren tactical offer 2 types of night sights sized for the PRO, 3 dot and 2 dot. I just put the 3 dot warrens on my PRO and am very happy with them.
The warrens in a pitch black room:
The front sight is green and larger than the rears, which are yellow (focus on the camera doesn't really help), but the eye is really drawn to the front sight. Front sight also has a nice white outline to pick-up in daylight.
i have the standard meprolights on my pro series and they point and aim just fine. however don't expect warranty service. my front one went out in about a month. i think it was faulty but i write an email every month to them expecting them to respond back but i have not received anything back from them. and its been about 8 months now. which is kind of irritating.
Let me add to this, the front FO Novak sight on my M&P doesn't glow at all even when the gun is put right next to a really bright light bulb indoors. But once near a window with light from the outside or when outside it glows a really bright green. I think it has to do with the wavelength of the light that makes it FO sight glow.
If I was putting night sights on my M&P I would go with the Trijicon or the Truglo TFO (Tritium/Fibre Optic).
