Open sights off of front rest


These were shot at 100 yards with a 6x scope off a rest
Top group is Hornady 55 gr Zombie Max and measured 1.9"
Bottom group is UMC Bulk 55 gr and measured 1.7"

Next time I'm at a LGS I'll buy a few different flavours and maybe put on a different scope to test with. Very happy with the results and I'm confident I can get smaller groups. This would definitely be my go to coyote gun if it was legal. Oh well, the 102 should be here soon, I'll have to make do with it.

I finally got mine to the range today. didn't have a lot of time so I just shot at the 25. Used a target that helps you zero about 1.2 inches low of POA so it should be darn close to a 50 yard zero. When I have some time I'll head out to confirm this. Below is a 10 shot group using PMC 55gr 5.56 x-tac ammo.



This is my first AR platform rifle, but probably not my last.
