Hey guys last couple trips to the range I find my MP 9mm is shooting low and to the right. I thought maybe it was me but had a friend who is pretty accurate give it a go and 100 rounds all the same. Are the sights adjustable ? If so how do I fix this? Newb question but gotta learn some how

You can drift the rear to adjust for windage but to bring your group up you'll have to install a shorter front sight or shoot out of the notch so you see more of your front sight. You could also take a bit off the top of the front sight - go slow!!!

You can adjust the left/right impact by moving the rear sight but you won't be able to adjust the high/low impact. There could be a QC issue with your pistol.
What ammo were you using?
Mine tends to do the same. About 1 inch low and 1 inch right. I have had several people shoot it and all find the same. I was told to try some different ammo to see if it changes. I havent had a chance to do so yet. I did talk to S&W and they recommended an ammo change as well
Try using a larger/smaller grip, you may be getting too much or too little trigger - also if your friend is a great shooter with 1911's he may do exactly the same as you with an M&P/Glock. If you're new to the platform and shooting low left/low right you need to start with the assumption that it is YOU not the gun. Is your trigger finger flat and can you feel the entire trigger face when the trigger stops at the end of it's travel?
You are snatching the trigger, try about 45 minutes of ball and dummy drill.
