M&P9 Birth Date

I recently picked up an M&P9 off a CGN member on the EE.

Doing some reading I've noticed S&W has quietly upgraded the handgun throughout the years with a different trigger, barrel and sights etc.

Does anyone know when these upgrades were done? Mine is a 0060 date code so I think that's 2010, 60yh day?

2010 then most likely you wont have any of the upgrades.
