I'm thinking about replacing my factory sights to aftermarket ones.
Which one do you recommend? Ameriglo Hackathorn or Warren tactical?
And does anyone knows who has them in stock?

Thanks

Regardless of which sight you install, be very careful when removing the rear sight. Spring loaded parts beneath.
Always use another sight, or a special tool to push out the existing sight.

I use the Talon Tactical sight tool from Brownell's. Also, the M&P sights can be extremely tight. Remember to remove the sight from left to right or out towards the ejection port and install in the reverse direction.

On my M&P Pro the sight just slid right out with thumb pressure. This after archoil got into the setscrew and loosened things up...

I tried this not knowing what you had mentioned. Guess who was fighting with dust bunnies under the fridge to give it back....

I kept my rear sights stock. Might just black them out. And on the front I did a green Hi-Viz. Works out for me and is easy as can be to use :) . Also I did the same thing. Removed the sight without the sight tool. Even though it was sitting beside me.. Just held the spring and small piece thats under the rear sight and pushed with my thumb.

Never did find the little disc. The Cdn. service center didn't have any. Never had any. Couldn't be bothered making one. Works just fine without the disc, spring only.

I do like the fiber optic front sight on my Pro. Installed a Williams set on my M&P, later swapped these out for a Williams set with adjustable rear. Does facilitate closer zeroing.

I couldn't get use to the m&p pro sights so i replaced them with the standard m&p sights. Which now for me work wonderfully. And yes make sure you retain that little disk shes a ##### to find if it rolls under the couch

Are you going to have your M&P with the adjustable Williams at NSCC. I'd like to take a look at your setup.
