Recently purchased an Inland made M1 carbine and now have to get my hands on the cartridges. Does anyone in the Lower Mainland community know of anyone who carries the stuff? If not, how about mail order. I know Marstar has the stuff listed, but does anyone else? Also, is there anyone out here selling reloads? Thanks.

How long is the barrel? Still restricted? Can you get an ATT? You may want to look into that before you spend any money on ammo.

i dont see why he cant get an att. also dosent everyone in B.C have to have an att to purchase any restricteds, i know i need mine when i buy new ones.

I'dd like to find a canadian source too. lots in the U.S. at Cabella's & Sportsmans Guide, cheap too. I wonder since Cabella's now owns S.I.R. in Wpg. are they going to give us all the deals they offer in the U.S. and at their price's??? Free Trade you know!!!
But you know the drill!
P.S. I'd like to get a set of die's for 30 carb. anyone got any to sell?

from what ive heard Delselin dosent ship ammo, to much hassle. they are on the board know so maybe give them a pm

That kinda expensive, Sportsmans guild sells 450 rds. of Wolf ammo for about $45 or $50.00.even cheaper if you buy more.
But we always get over charged in Canada.:(
I wonder if Cabella's will start charging U.S. prices for ammo now that there here in Canada & our dollar is worth more? :dancingbanana:

So much for free trade !

Yeah, I see Marstar has 500 rnds of Winchester for $195.00 I think, but it's a question of waiting. I don't always want to buy on credit card, and Lever is literally right up the road from me. I am hesitant about reloads, but that could be paranoia on my part. Where's Sportsman Guild, btw?

& I've seen they have had cheaper sales also
I guess the real question is why do we have to pay so much up here. :runaway:

Might be a good idea to check out the HACS 2 day gun show out in Chillywack this weekend and see if any deals there as they are primarily military oriented anyways and make some contacts. Then go to the Hunting and Outdoor show in Abbotsford at the Tradex and have a good look around. Ask lots of questions-they will all be there. Good luck.

Do you mean 250 rounds?

YES 250, MY BAD.
I think it was Cabella's that had 450, but I forget the exact price, but I do remember it was a lot cheaper than local. I'll check.
But I'm still waiting to see what Cabella's does with prices now that their here in Canada.

But as someone else sugested. gun shows are still the best deals, most times! But you have to watch I've seen people try to suck you in to paying more than retail. there's a place in Alberta, P&D ENT. 10552-115 ST. EDMONTON 780-420-6419 they have good price's on ammo.
I'm looking for a M1 bayonet mount.
