I'm no expert but I would say it's a reproduction. It's in excellent condition. I'll post pics soon.

What are the selling for?

Repro M1A1 stocks are easy to tell from the real ones. They are usually stained birch, rather than real black walnut. Cutout slot for the M2 selector is very common on the repro's too. Leather cheek piece and rivets are very different from originals. Also, they can come with a very out-of-spec 4 rivet handguard.

Originals were made for Inland in WW II, and Springfield made components for them post-war.

None the less, they seem to be be in demand, and would be worth $250 to $275 asking.
