M1 Garand barrel ID

I'm pretty sure that's P M not D M.

The M is a mark showing that the barrels was Magniflux tested after manufacture but before acceptance, and the over sized P is the mark indicating the rifle was Proof Fired as an assembly.

Just for your info the Y33 is a steel batch identifier (more commonly referred to as a Heat Lot number)
 
I may be squinting too hard, but that last figure on the far right looks a little like the US Army Engineers emblem.
