M1 Garand gun smith in Kitchener/Waterloo?

A friend of mine inherited an m1 garand from a relative and he's having some issues with loading and extracting.
Looking for a gunsmith who is good with garand near Kitchener/Waterloo/Guelph. Would like to avoid shipping out of province but would drive an hour or two.
Hopefully someone here can point me to the right guy.
