D-Day anniversary , respect for all the soldiers who put their own life in danger to save us,

picked up one of my M1 Garand for D-Day memorial and had a nice day at the range yesterday ,

I found that H4831SC is an excellent powder for M1 garand , does not spit the brass very far away , no high pressure while it is slow burner powder and most important semi auto and gas system functions very well , in 90% of all load developments process the gas system functions amazing without any bad cycling .

lets share it with you guys ,

shoots over hundreds of rounds and I found 48.3 g H4831SC works great for M1 Garand 30 06 with 178 smk, 3 MOA, 100m , no sang bag , no bipod ,
USGI iron sight (I believe in carrot juiced ) lol

Works very well on my M14s and M1 garands.
Not 1 rifle , tested in almost 7 different rifles , back in the day I could bring some of my LRB at the range , I shoot over 5k rounds H4831SC.
No problem what so ever.
Even 308 shoots very well.

OP,
Purchase spare op rods using 4831SC powder for reloads in your Garand & M1A.

Never say Never since it will sneak up & nip you.....sooner or later
