I shouldn't tell you this little secret of mine (sort of). But if you go into ebay.ca (Canada) and just do a search for "Garand" you will get all the guys that will ship parts to Canada (world wide). Most of them are bayonets and books, but you can find parts too. I've gotten barrels, op rods and trigger groups sent to me. Sometime you can get a really good deal, other times you may have to pay through the nose for them.

Marstar has parts. As does Districorp. Both Canadian gun businesses. These are surplus parts, so don't expect perfect parts. Likewise, expect more Italian ones than USGI.
