Whats the Value of a matching M1 garand with new 308 barrel and the spare Danish 3006 barrel in very good condition, M1 is a WW2 Springfield, used but not abused.?/ and who is selling 308 barrels for a M1 garand?

I see a lot listed at $1800 and not selling. If you want it to actually move, I would say more like $1400 as you describe. Less for a stock .30-06 military M1 unless it's a particularly collectible example.

This spring and summer I sold 3 Bredas in nice shape with sound barrels, re-parked receivers, mostly Springfield parts, Danish beechwood stocks and most other parts NOS or refinished for $1000 a pop. That struck me as reasonable for a nice looking and good shooting rifle in today's market.

With a new or as new barrel, and new wood I'd probably be looking at $1300 or thereabouts.
