M10X Shot Show 2018

WTH you talking about? How does he not know "his" rifle??

Cuz he studdered on the DMR safety?? (Lol)

I hate the fact that they made it a bull barrel rifle. I don't want a precision x39 rifle. I wanted a fun run and gun x39 rifle.

Wonder what the new weight will be with the all these DMR features now

Still rather own this then the bcl102

Agreed. Most manufacturers seem to think anything longer than 16" is automatically a DMR. Sad thing is most of us are in seach of the best light weight run and gun style rifle we can find, but all these damn yanks think we want something to mount a bipod on.

I don't mind DMR models, but it shouldn't be the sole or even main focus of the canadian market. This is especially the case with a x39 rifle.

I thought the "guy" presented the rile remarkably well. Seems like a solid offering in the Canadian market. Regarding the "DMR" safety, though seemingly an obvious marketing ploy it does have some merit in my mind. I abhor setting up for a shot but releasing the safety to take the shot essentially requires re-setting for the shot. Poorly though out safety ergonomics and/or unnecessary forced required to implement don't help.

Ok then...:onCrack:

Well I'll be buying an "inferior" restricted version I guess .
Looks heavy IMHO ..... at least my safety will be stronger and safer lol

Not sure what you're trying to say. Ergonomics don't matter?? or posturing is king? I hate after releasing the safety I need to reset for the shot. Laugh all you want it bugs me. Oh right you da man.Laugh2

There is no difference in ergonomics between two. "DMR safety" has a softer throw. Murican stiff safety is "safer" as it is tighter.

It is comedy gold.

Take the DMR aspect out of it which is what ya'll seem to be focusing on, a "softer throw" (which affects ergonomics) is an improvement??

Come on...Merit?
The joke is admittedly less funny when you have to explain it.
I think you missed the part where the fellow was trying to make excuses for the massive upcharge the Canadian market is going to see on these by claiming our market will see a “DMR” Type safety in addition to other “DMR” stuff.

I have a tremendous amount of respect for you guys but don't see what you're #####in and complaining about here. DMR shyte is just marketing fluff for the most part and most here get that. Ultimately it comes down to merits of the final product/price vs availability. If you want to limit yourself of product choice based solely on your concept of perceived marketing prowess so be it, let that rent space in your head.
