If Brownells is showing that, it is normally due to the fact that the manufacturer of the product isn't ITAR Registered. If the manufacturer isn't registered with ITAR there is NO legal way to get the product out of the USA.

The muzzle brake itself is made by Precision Armaments. Doesn't look like they can ship to Canada either.
