Disassembling the bolt is one thing. Reassembling it is quite another unless you have the proper tool for the job. For disassembling the bolt, you can use the end of the M14 combo tool by pushing it into the bolt face and rotating it. Putting the bolt back together is a grand royal pain in the butt because of the extractor spring plunger. I use the Brownell's M1/M14 bolt assembly tool and it makes things a billion times easier.

Remove the mag from the rifle and now take a spent (NOT LIVE ROUND) 30-06 case, insert it in the chamber and drop the bolt on it make sure there is pressure on the 30-06 case by the bolt. Now turn the rifle upside down and using a punch, gently knock out the extractor that is located towards the front of the bolt and a little off center towards the roller. When the extractor is removed turn the rifle right side up cover the reciever with a rag (to prevent and catch any springs from flying off) pull back on the op rod and remove the 30-06 case. Reassemble in the reverse order. Hope that helps.
