I have GEN II Aluminum that I received about 3 weeks ago. I really, really like it. It's well made, super easy to install and the fact that I can get the owner of the company for support via email in about 4 minutes is pretty amazing. I took my time and installed it in about 30min. I have an Eotech 552 and Eotech 3x magnifer w' flip mount and Arms QR on it. It all fits nicely. Had it zero'd in at the range in about 15min, and it held with no perceptible shift in POI for the next 100 rounds. I was shooting Federal Match 168 grain .308. The back-up tunnel is a nice touch too. To top it off I got received a generous discount because of my line of work. Nice. Best of all, it's made in
If Frank makes a full length version that replaces the handguard a la Troy battle rail, I'd but a second M305 to put it on. Pardon the crappy cell phone picture. The stock has been painted since, I'll take nice photos at some point.

The 552 and 3x magnifier look wicked on the m305Totally want to mimick that with franks CASM II.
In my opinion its the best scope mount you can buy. I bought the U.S. cantilever type mount and it wouldn't hold a zero. The CASM is awesome. It should be everyone's first upgrade.
Any issues with clearance for spent brass and removing the bolt for servicing?

rascal, the norc bolt has just enough room to come out without issue, however, i was at a m14 clinic and some guy had a USGI bolt that they were passing around, would not fit with this mount on, so food for thought.
LOL!!!well i love it.. one word of advise when you do get it. loctiting the hex screws is a must. i thought i'd run it without for awhile in case i wanted to remove it. the recoil shook most the screw free, ruining the accuracy. the mount came with loctite, and a spare set of screws just in case.![]()
